Hezhou site

Marble mine is located in Pinggui District, Hezhou City,China. Hezhou is famous for its good quality , especially the whiteness. Ourcompany owns two marble mines with a mining area of 111,048 square meters. Atpresent, the annual output is about 1.5 million tons.

Marble lumps stock

We have two storage yards for stone ore stock, about27,000 square meters and the stock capacity is about 500,000tons.   Stock 3-month’s inventory to avoid supply risks caused byuncertainties.

Annul production volume

In order to meet the various requirements ofcustomers, we have 20 production lines with the process of selection, washing,crushing and classify, which can produce lumps, chips, powder products. Thetotal annual output volume is 2 million tons, of which 1.5 million tonsmarble ore is from our own mines and 0.5 million tons from outsourcing.

Annual output and sales

The annual sales volume is around 2 million tons, themarble stone sales (lumps and chips) and calcium carbonate powder (GCC) are 1million tons each.

Quality control

In order to stabilize the quality of stone products andGCC products, company has developed control system and the testequipments are also complete.

Whiteness test instruments, 3 sets; crusher 2 sets;Moisture test instruments, 2 sets. Sieves, 5 sets; Particle size analysismachine 2 sets; Dryer, 2 sets; Chemical composition analysis machine, 6 sets;DOP test instruments, 2 sets.

Paper making (Local, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia andEurope   paper making manufacturers ), plastics, rubber, wire andcables   industry.
